One of the characteristics of the Ritz Carlton is the experience of quality personal service from first contact that you have with the company.

It's quite an experience! that is why we think that developing marketing strategies based on digital is very difficult.


But the Ritz Carlton company decided to give more than half of their budget for the digital program "Let Us Stay with You" where will be allocated to digital and social media.

It marks the first time that digital efforts have accounted for a majority of the marketing budget, but it won't be the last.
